B.Sc. - Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists assist people to cope with the effects of physical, mental or social problems, enabling them to do the things they need to do to be themselves. You will learn how to use everyday occupations and activities creatively to promote health, well-being and a satisfying lifestyle.

The course utilises a variety of learning strategies including a ‘problem based learning’ approach, designed to be practical and close to real life issues faced by Occupational Therapists. This method of learning is increasingly used in medical education and fosters deeper and applied learning.
